I began my nursing career in 2004. Over the past 20 years, I’ve gained extensive experience working closely with patients while continuing my education and expanding my role into that of a psychiatric nurse practitioner. My background includes treating patients in various settings such as acute inpatient psychiatric hospital units, outpatient psychiatric facilities, emergency crisis units, inpatient detox, and emergency medicine.
Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health care and recognize how crucial it is for patients to feel heard and valued. I’m dedicated to providing the highest level of care and offer a range of psychiatric treatments, including evaluating and diagnosing mental health disorders, managing medication, and providing supportive psychotherapy.
I’m committed to building advanced therapeutic relationships with my patients, characterized by empathic understanding, authenticity, and genuineness. My clinical interests include anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I make it a priority to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field to ensure that my patients receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.
